Pure "green gold"
Curiosity: it is said that the production of olive oil started before 4,000 BC in Asia Minor and near Syria. But according to Greek mythology, it was the minor god Aristaeus who was responsible for the spread of Olive Oil throughout the Aegean Sea, Sardinia , Sicily and all over Italian Peninsula. It's no accident, then, that he is considered the inventor of olive oil and the press used to extract it.
